We're now accepting returns on any purchase that isn't what you expected but some exclusions apply. Simply send it back in an unused and resaleable condition within 14 days of when it was delivered to you.
You will need to pay for return shipping fees.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return for an item delivered please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us at 0811-918-8008 and tell us your reasons of returning the items.
Our limited inventory makes exchanges difficult. If an item is no longer on the site, it's unfortunately no longer available. However, we can give you store credit that you can use for other similar items.
Damaged or missing Items
We take pride in the quality of our products and the condition in which they arrive to you. If something isn’t right with your order, simply email us at to tell us what happened. We will contact you within approximately one business day to resolve the issue.
How will I know when my return has been received?
After we receive your return and confirm that all items are in saleable condition, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been received. Your store credit will be processed in 5-10 business days.
